Askarov Tulegen K., chairman of the Board of Trustees, journalist, economic analyst, and adviser.

PhD in Economics, graduated from the Moscow Economic and Statistical Institute and the Almaty Institute of National Economy. Had an internship with the Indian Statistical Institute in 1987-1988. Worked in the State Planning Committee of the Kazakh Soviet Socialistic Republic, the Institute of Economy for the National Academy of Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Worked in the Kazakh Embassy in India, in the President of Kazakhstan's Administration and in the Supreme Soviet of Kazakhstan. From 1996 to 2000 he held the position of editor-in-chief at the Delovaya Nedelya newspaper. Since 2003, he has held the position of senior editor at the Epoha newspaper.

   
Kasenova Nargis U., political analyst, lecturer.

PhD in Political Science. Master and doctoral thesis's defense at Nagai University, Japan. Since January 2007 lecturer at Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Research (KIMEP). Had a research on security issues in Central Asia, Eurasian geopolitics and security of energy supply. The member of experts' group at EUCAM project on EU strategy in Central Asia.
 

 

Podoprigora Roman A., lawer.

PhD in Law. Graduated from the Kazakhstan State University. An expert in Administrative Law and Public-Confession relations. He has lectured at the Kazakhstan State University, High School of Law "Adilet". Since 2004 he has lectured at Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Research (KIMEP), 2007 - at Kaspii Public University. Since 2007, he has held a position of Deputy Director at Scientific Research Institute of Finance and Tax law.

Chief scientist of the Law Institute of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a member of Scientific Advisory Board of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, arbiter of International Referees Court «IUS». 

Scholar of the Fullbright program. Since 2000, he is being a member of OSCE/ODIHR Experts' Group Advisory Council on freedom of religion and believes. Author of more than 70 articles publications issued in Kazakhstan and abroad.
