Mission

 

To encourage proactive involvement of the Kazakhstani youth in the public life of the country.

 

Objectives

• Promotion of principles of transparency, tolerance, and fairness among the youth
• Involvement of Kazakhstani youth in public activity and development of their sense of responsibility
• Establishment and development of relationships of Kazakhstani young people with youth NGOs in other countries of Central Asia and Europe

 

Areas of Activities

1. Support of youth initiatives
2. Raising level of social competencies
3. Improving interaction among youth organizations in Central Asia

 

Priorities in 2010

• Support of youth initiatives, aimed at encouragement of involvement of young people in social policy making and implementation.
• Support of proactive involvement of young people in discussion and planning of youth policy by providing recommendations for the State Youth Policy Program in cooperation with youth NGOs.
• Establishment of experts' arena for young specialists through popularization of investigative and analytical approach among young people and establishment of permanent arena to exchange of ideas, opinions, and experience.
