Within<\/b>\u00a0a<\/b>\u00a0few<\/b>months,<\/b>\u00a0Gleb<\/b>\u00a0embodied<\/b>\u00a0his<\/b>\u00a0creative plans, and today he shares the history of his movie creation<\/b>.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cI found information about the short movies competition on the website of the Foundation, and I wished to try myself<\/i>. I have been always concerned about the corruption issue; it scared me and it scares me that now most of the people find corruption normal. The<\/i>\u00a0idea<\/i>\u00a0of<\/i>\u00a0\u200b\u200bthe<\/i>\u00a0movie<\/i>\u00a0appeared four years ago, but it appeared in its final form only before the competition<\/i>. I could not find time to implement my idea, and I had no support as well. The Foundation allocated a<\/i>\u00a0half<\/i>\u00a0million<\/i>\u00a0KZT<\/i>which gave significant support in the animation preparation<\/i>.<\/i><\/p>\n

It seemed very risky to draw a 15-minute cartoon for half a year<\/i>\u00a0(usually a minute of finished material may take 1-3 months).<\/i>\u00a0Still the<\/i>\u00a0enthusiasm<\/i>\u00a0went through the roof, and it was decided to start working. Despite the fact that the creation of the movie took six intense months (working seven days a week and sometimes 18 hours a day), all the work was completed in one breath<\/i>.<\/i><\/p>\n

With the help of the movie I<\/i>\u00a0tried<\/i>\u00a0to<\/i>\u00a0show<\/i>\u00a0how money \u2018feels\u2019 when it is used as a bribe<\/i>.<\/i><\/p>\n

In<\/i>\u00a0the<\/i>\u00a0course<\/i>\u00a0of<\/i>\u00a0the<\/i>\u00a0story,<\/i>\u00a0the audience experiences the life of a five thousand<\/i>\u00a0note. At the beginning, it is bright<\/i>\u00a0and<\/i>\u00a0crisp<\/i>,<\/i>\u00a0but<\/i>\u00a0its owners exchange it at the speed of a money riffle in a counting machine<\/i>. Every one of them leaves its trace in the note\u2019s fate. How<\/i>\u00a0many<\/i>\u00a0of<\/i>\u00a0such<\/i>\u00a0notes<\/i>are<\/i>\u00a0now<\/i>\u00a0passed to someone in<\/i>\u00a0an<\/i>\u00a0envelope<\/i>, invisibly under the table, or in a folder with documents? I wanted to show the process from the inside,\u00a0<\/i>and\u00a0<\/i>everyone\u00a0<\/i>shall\u00a0<\/i>make his own conclusions.<\/i>\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n
