{"id":6098,"date":"2013-07-31T17:46:56","date_gmt":"2013-07-31T17:46:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/soros.kz\/transparency_of_state_purchases\/"},"modified":"2018-02-21T17:53:58","modified_gmt":"2018-02-21T11:53:58","slug":"transparency_of_state_purchases","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.soros.kz\/en\/transparency_of_state_purchases\/","title":{"rendered":"Transparency of State Procurements"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"published\"><b>A 2-day international meeting was held in Almaty\u00a0<\/b><b>by<\/b><b>\u00a0non-government<\/b><b>al<\/b><b>\u00a0organizations of Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan participating in\u00a0<\/b><b>a\u00a0<\/b><b>joint project<\/b><b>\u00a0dedicated to review of state procurement procedures<\/b><b>.<\/b><\/div>\n<div id=\"fullText\">\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div id=\"fullText\">\n<h3>This project is implemented by alliances of not-for-profit organizations of Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine and Kazakhstan supported within the program titled \u201cEast to East: Partnership without Borders\u201d financed by\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Open Society Institute, Soros Foundation-Kazakhstan, Soros Foundation-Kyrgyzstan and International Renaissance Foundation.<\/h3>\n<p><i>\u00abOur Foundation maintains collaboration and interaction between non-governmental organizations from different countries, which deal with transparency of state finance, as this enables our partners to share information and experience\u00bb<\/i>\u00a0&#8211; commented by\u00a0<b>Mr. Anton Artemiev<\/b>, Chairman of Soros Foundation-Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n<p>The project has enabled obtaining a positive experience in the field of synchronous study of issues related to transparency of state procurement procedures in all partner countries. The results of the study have shown that current legislation for state procurements comply with international standards to a large extent.
