In 2011 the Young Researchers Project of the Soros Foundation Kazakhstan\u2019s Youth Initiatives Program supported the research\u00a0Monitoring of the Efficiency of Government Support to Public Youth Organizations in Karaganda Region<\/i>\u00a0undertaken by Chingiz Lepsibayev from Temirtau.<\/div>\n

The research has identified tendencies and provided conclusions that revealed the lack of qualification of the personnel in charge of public procurement and the lack of transparency of these procedures and showed how financing was distributed by example of Karaganda Oblast. Recommendations have been made for all participants with respect to the formation and fulfillment of the youth policy and the improvement of the existing situation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
