This compendium has its goal to facilitate establishment and further development of administrative justice in Kazakhstan. The publication is for civil servants, law makers, judges, academia, activists, other interested people.<\/p>\n

The compendium contains administrative-procedural laws, mostly codified, of Germany, former Soviet Union countries and Bulgaria. These laws regulate relationships on public legal disputes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
