He is a member of the scientific advisory board of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Arbitrator of the International Referees Court \u201cIUS\u201d. Mr. Podoprigora is also a Fulbright scholar. Since 2000 \u2013 he has been a member of the OSCE\/ODIHR Experts\u2019 Group Advisory Council on freedom of religion and beliefs.
