The book examined the causal relationship of the internal migration of rural population to the towns and regional centers of Kazakhstan, provides an understanding of the migration situation on the example of rural regions and distressed neighborhoods on the outskirts of Almaty, conclusions and practical recommendations to regulate the process of internal migration.  

The research concentrates not only on legal issues of the early motherhood, but also on ethnocultural, social and economic aspects and features of this phenomenon.

The research “Kazakhstan Mass Media: Key Participants, Possibilities, Needs and Risks” includes nearly 350 respondents from 10 regions of Kazakhstan. Editors-in-chief, media owners, publishers, state officials, NGO representatives and the journalism faculty of private and public universities participated in the study.
