In the budgetary process activists and the organizations of civil society from more than 50 countries of the world, working in the field of the budgetary analysis and monitoring participate in Global movement for the budgetary transparency, the accountability and participation of the public. The fund Soros Kazakhstan is the active participant of this Movement from its basis.
Activity of Movement is directed on increase of transparency of the budget, development of the accountability and ensuring participation of the public in the budgetary process for the purpose of realization of human rights. The fundamental principles of this Movement are stated in Dar-es-Salamskoy of the Declaration on Transparency of the budget, the Accountability and the Participation, accepted in November, 2011 in Tanzania
